Bittersweet Kennels is primarily a training kennel which trains all breeds of retrievers as well as pointing dogs. Ray has over thirty years of experience and trains dogs for hunters to enjoy as partners and companions as well as for competition in hunt tests.
Bittersweet Kennels was first built in Bristol, Indiana but in 2006, it was moved to Pierceton. This new location is a perfect place to devote all his time to training. His eighty acres includes a pond and fields to offer many different scenes for the dogs.
Pierceton is two and a half hours north of Indianapolis and one and a half hours southeast of South Bend.
